They seem reasonably equipped for starting their quest.
Of course, I have trouble working out how Bayohne became the white mage.

Bayohne is the White Mage because he's a real man with nothing to prove.
When I first saw the title, I thought "Chaos" was the forum.
Wanna know how that's gonna go?
Dev Team vs Chaos
A good point is made in the comments of that clip:

Someone should make SNES sprites of the dev team.
While I have heard this many times I think it is ridiculous. Who seriously doesn't remember grouping with a great healer? I can remember the names of a dozen or more healers from years ago in FFXI let alone in this game.
More often than not it is the first person you look for when you are putting together a group.
That's because the camera caught you red handed Camate! /grin
Camate steals wallet (Evidence)
Come on now... Confess. (^_^ )
Edit: Fixed YouTube URL.
Edit2: Hahaha, HiirNoivl beat me to it. (^_^ )
The idea behind the quote is that a good healer doesn't get noticed because they are keeping the party members at normalcy. Bad effects gone, low health gone, so yes, a good healer does not get noticed in that sense. A person is a great healer because everything stays normal, when things go crazy (like the healer stops healing) then they get noticed. Make sense now?
