Lalafell's are bite size. How do you cook yours?

I dip my Lalafell in strawberry magic shell and feed them to my Goobbue.

I would love to see you do that with these guys

Nice to see some old traditions from Vana'diel made it across to Eorzea (not that my mithra used to eat taru - they gave her heartburn bad, humes were more her taste. ;)).

Besides, I think lalafell are a little too big to eat, not to mention cute and cuddly. :D

I only punt Lalafells... and occasionally rally punch roes in the solar plexus.

Lalafells are used for Roegadyn soccer, they are the ball. Afterwords, you may roast the ball. The game tenderizes them in a way few other methods could match.

Last time me and Kyvana(kaetaras best friend) went looking for Taru's to eat we ended up chasing them up a tree.(kaetara is Xeon in the pic, his old taru alt:P)

Lalafell hunts are fun, I even have a video of all my friends joining in, even other Lalafell..cannibalism much?

But when it comes to eating, I prefer Dodo meat :o

I just scrape em off the bottom of my shoe n eat em raw...

I actually like to use them for fish bait!!!

I like to slow roast them over a open fire marinating them periodically in a sweet peach or apricot preserve with a little brown sugar mixed in. It makes for an excellent caramel glaze and keeps all the juices locked in.

I don't cook them, but I do give one to Lorhzant every time I visit the Limsa Lominsa Ferry Docks for free passage to Thanalan.

Heat oven to 220C/fan 200C/gas 7. Put the Lalafel, pepper and onion into a roasting tin, then roast for 20 mins. Lower oven to 200C/fan 180C/gas 6, then tip tomatoes and stock over the lalafel. Add sugar and most of the basil, season, then stir well. Roast for another 20 mins. Serve with garlic toasts, recipe below, sprinkled with the remaining basil.

Cut a 400g bloomer loaf into 8 slices. Mix together 25g low-fat cream cheese, 1 tbsp butter, 2 crushed garlic cloves and 1⁄2 x 20g pack basil, roughly chopped. Lightly toast the bread on both sides, then spread one side with the herby mix and grill briefly until melted and golden.

Nutrition per serving:
568 kcalories, protein 28.0g, carbohydrate 78.0g, fat 18.0 g, saturated fat 7.0g, fibre 6.0g, sugar 19.0g, salt 4.24 g

I have been taken to believe they are actually the opposite of that. Which is in fact the primary reason they are prey.

I wish there was daily quests, to kill any lal you see. Or if you do caravan, it's lals that appear, so you can kill many of them; to eat, or burn to ash, feed your chocobos with; whatever makes lal haters happy.
There should be global PVP also. lals vs everyone else.
Inferno Drakes, Morbols, H/NMs should spontaneously spawn on lals for surprise buttsecks.
