Small cosmetic changes you'd like to see.

I know all the focus atm is on bigger sweeping changes to the game, so while the devs are focusing on new battle systems and high level dungeon instances I though it might be a good excercise to list what small cosmetic changes you would like to see to the game/ui - polishing effects if you like - we could list for the devs to consider down the road.

I.E

• Make the Quest NPC icon (the big ?) smaller and move it to the side of the NPC's name.
• Reduce the size of the aggro icon, in it's current state it looks horrible cartoonish and low tech compared to the fantastic game graphics we enjoy.

Honestly, a /spank emote. . .Lalafells would be pimpin!

Let me remake my character and then be able to toggle her bust size.

I have some BIG graphical changes suggestions, but to list out some of the minor ones:

1. Chocobos need to be a bit more "grand" (fat?).. they look awfully weak now.

2. Aether leak bursts which are simply cosmetic here and there on the game world.

3. More rivers and lakes please! It's cool to fight alongside a river!

4. Flying creatures roaming the sky! Dragons, Wyrms, idk, anything, not just airships!

5. Skies need to be more high-res.

6. Falling stars/meteors during nights.

7. Cloud spiky hair..lol (see what I did there?)

8. Livelier camps, make it so that each camp is unique from each other. Add stuff like flags, trade posts, small settlements, beggars (lol), anything!

9. Travel Caravans and NPC traders/travelers travelling along the roads between City-States! It'll be more interesting if monsters could attack these caravans/walkers and we can protect them for rewards! Rewards must be worthwhile so that they could encourage people to actually travel by foot/rides.

10. More realistic sea rides! Make it so that the camera shakes during storms, giant sea creatures roaming the high seas, etc.

11. Add majestic border gates between City-States' territories, in each of these gates there should be shops, guards, immigration posts(lol), chocobo stables, and the like. These border gates should resemble the South and North Gates from FFIX!

12. While we're on FFIX, add some misty areas. Mists give the impressions of mystery, evil, and thus "dark" adventure.

13. We need sweet idle animations like in FFXIII! So that people crowding a counter or an aetheryte won't look like a disrorganized squad of broken robots.

14. Blood! (green, blue, black, I don't care.. just a little bit red wont hurt, really..)

Flashier spell and WS animation PLEASE!!! Wheres the eye candy I am so use to???

A neater interface for the menu that pops up before you enter a market ward

A thousand times this! I even talked about that on one of the podcasts lol! Where is my cute lil' booty u.u;;

But really I would like a simple official {/smile} emote please! ^^; I know I could (and do) use /joy, but sometimes I just wanna smile warmly at someone without looking overly excited. :3

Give the possibility to make a campfire around. :D (or to use the campfires already made on the ground -like those in la noscea-)

just a small little change but wipe Gridania off the map, just smudge it right out. lol just joking, i love the appearance but mobility in that area is awful, especially with DoL leves.

Give me some kind of reminder to know I have local leves to turn in at a camp when I get there. I run around all the other places and by the time I get to the camp where I have battle/field leves, I forget about the local leves until I'm back on the other side of the region or beyond!

This game desperately needs more character creation options, and the ability to go back and change them later. It's very sad considering that they were really hyping that up during release. Total letdown. How bout some long hair, SE? I know that's asking the impossible from most companies.

Honestly I don't like the aggro icon at all.. it makes the game soooo easy! In FFXI you had to suck it up and be a man! :(

But.. just to be silly... i'd like the ability to pick up monsters and move them around for the Shepard class... luuul. I'd never let go of those phurble snurbles!
