CE. What will you do with it?

CE owners, here is a question for you. How do you feel about the CE. After all you can't call it a collectors item for nothing, and it is a nice box. At the moment I'm debating about what to do with mine because as we all know, Bahamut has destroyed everything this box represents.

No I don't want to throw it away. Its just so happens to become a collectors item that I can't really brag about having lol.

You obviously didn't buy a SWTOR collector's edition. ;) :p

I still like this one. And I am seriously considering an ARR CE.

I'm proud of having it and of these past two years, I will place the ARR CE edition at it's side.

I have the map framed near my desk and use the mug occasionally. The Authenticator is not getting any use as I had my old one from FFXI, and the book it's just in my bookshelf, as my hand writing is ugly I never wrote anything on it, far too pretty to ruin it that way.

I am wondering what is the ARR CE, :\ do we get anything? and how do we retrieve it...? ;_; since my country is not listed.. im scared they wont send it to me since my supposingly certificate didnt even reach to me ;____;

I will buy the PS3 version of FFXIV:ARR CE. Then once opened I will put it next to my FFXIV CE which is in a bookshelf or desk drawer. I don't display game boxes. I buy CE for the bonuses, and or the extras in the box.

Besides, I'd like to see if I can get another CE leather bound journal... i already made a few FFXIV-related concept sketches in my old one.

I'm also interested on what the new CE will be... it is likely old CE will be upgraded to a digital version of CE but I kind of want the ARR CE box... It may be possible that the ARR CE will have the exact same physical items as 1.0 CE so we may not need the physical items and all we will get are codes...

I used mine for a monitor stand...

Well now they are expired... I just recently bought a new copy of CE so my redemption code is also useless... hopefully we get something similar to right of passage again...

I have mine displayed on top of my DVD towers since its too big to put on the shelf with all my other games lol. The cover art is nice enough and it displays my Final Fantasy geekiness >.> It's near my XI poster.

Mine is tucked away safely, I do use the journal book very often, lot's of notes from 1.0 and so on, I still have half of it left to use which I will continue using for ARR.

Put it on display in my new office when I move in about 6ish months.

Once I found out about ARR i bought that journal for 3 bucks on ebay. I remember looking for scratch paper everyday on XI...

SE will most likely e-mail us some key code where we have to pick-up the items & they're mailed or in-game items exclusive for CE.
