Favorite song from 1.0

I'm sorry if this thread already exists, but now that 1.0 is over what song did you enjoy the most? For me it was definitely Broken Angel, Garuda battle theme

I'd imagine that one will make a comeback, it's too good to just forget about.

Garuda's theme was amazing. Same with the Transmitter room BGM. When I heard both for the first time I felt a rush of adrenaline going through me.

Western La Noscea music. It's the reason that was my main fishing spot.

I listened to this as I drove through the mojave desert once. So much respect for that song.

From the field tracks, "On Windy Meadows", "Whisper of the Land" and "Twilight over Thanalan".
From battle tracks, "Steel reason" and "Rise of the White Raven".

It's mostly the battle themes, particularly this, and especially these two.

Widdershins definitely (outer Thanalan music) <3 and the dungeon music

What? No Moogle battle theme!?

Otherwise... Garuda's theme is pretty awesome, and I've got to say Answers. Too bad I never really knew of it until 1.0 was over.

My favorite is Garuda's theme

Whisper of the Land. Kinda sad to see this one go as it was the only good thing about the old Shroud. :/

I need more of Holy Consult (prays that Ishgarde will be available in ARR)

hands down this song is my personal favorite, and I really wish it was included in the released soundtracks. (bonus points for playing in the CS I got my sig from.)

Coerthas battle theme.

I have too much... but, best out of best is Grid theme.
also recently I listen to this a lot I don't know where it comes from tho.

Twilight Over Thanalan is definitely my favorite. It's incredibly inspiring. :'D

Kind of out of topic but does anyone know the name of the track that plays during some cutscenes with Minfilia? You can also hear it during the end of the bard quest and some others.

Lots of amazing songs... my favorite would be Steel Reason, the theme of Castrum Novum. So many amazing memories of that battle... I fought on patch day and it felt like a war, fighting with hundreds or thousands of other players.

"On Windy Meadows" makes me wanna romp through the fields. Sadly they moved this song to a more dangerous area at the end of 1.0. I miss it.

On Windy Meadows, easily. Back when it used to play across all of La Noscea, I would be stood on the cliffs for hours on end, fishing and listening to the pipes. I absolutely love that song.
