So ...Anyone planning on keeping the adventure going?

I assume they are still planning to bring the servers back online, unless I missed something to note otherwise. There is content that i'd like to finish that , I assume, will not be in ARR. Just curious if anyone else is planning on "going back in time" and continue their adventure, if for no other reason than to see Cutscenes you wont have a chance to see again.

Hmm they said smth to the order of as long as there's 30% of people logging in compared to subscription period's population, they'd keep it going. The announcement of that decision was supposed to be during the live letter. Guess we'll have to wait until the video gets subbed.

If the servers come back up, I might pop on now and then to say hi to people... But I wouldn't do much, with nothing being saved. :\

So appearantly they are gonna roll back the servers to the save day...that kinda sucks, I was hoping to be able to have my coliseum gear still, I like it for screenshots and such .....i'm gonna miss them. I doubt I'll be able to get another set, not sure if anyone would even be willing to try the faction leves they come from.

I won't. I uninstalled the game on the 11th knowing that they may come back up.
Seems a complete waste of time to me as I'd already done most the story stuff and I know all of my LS would most likely be completely empty like they were after the final save.

I wish I'd gotten back into playing atleast another month sooner ^^ and i'm sure it will be very quiet when the servers come back but I'm looking forward to the last look at the world even though the progress won't be saved.

I'll be around taking video's and screenshots ~_^

They are only rolling the world back to patch 1.23 our characters are still gonna have the stuff we had when the servers went down.

YAY!! I'm gonna be on tonight for sure^^ lots of final screenshots, videos of cutscenes and try and finish whatever quests i can that are gonna be gone in ARR, mainly so I get to know the story and hopefully fraps the CS, if anyone wants to join me that would be fun!

I too missed a lot of the content at the end that won't be back--in particular, I need to do the Grand Company/Dalamud missions. I'll be on in the evenings, EST, send me a tell, or give a reply here and I'll call you if I see you next time I'm on.

I'm just going to log on every now and then and try to collect all the relics from the bed so I can take pictures of them and pretend I had some cool weapons :P

Well, if everyone just logs in, doesn't see anybody, and logs out, then you won't see anybody online. Hang around for a bit and see if anybody comes in!

And, not to seem crabby, but the end wasn't all that amazing, for me, anyways. When the final event started, I got repeatedly bounced out--I only spent about ten minutes on line...

I'm partially tempted to log back in every now and then to fraps the CS's with Estelle wearing her reindeer costume.

Fun to look back on and say "Yes that's right, a laladeer did all of this."

I absolutely wouldn't mind helping out some of you guys finish the story.
I can probably convince some of my linkshell to help out also.

Might have to make a new thread though to gather interest.

I can be available weekday evenings (Eastern Time) or on the weekends. The one thing I really would like to get done is To Kill A Raven. I can bring a 50THM/BLM with materia'd gear; I only have Convert and Freeze, or a 50CNJ/WHM that I haven't tricked out with appropriate materia yet (but I have managed to pull a Thyrus from under my bed for him); I have Presence of Mind, Regen and Esuna on that job. If additional job abilities are needed, I'm willing to complete the quests for them but I'll need help to do it.

logged in yesterday to 10 people on the entire server.. was eerily quiet

Oohhh does that mean you get 60 FPS in Ul'derp?

I usually get pretty close anyway but I built my computer for the game.
