Mmm... Dragoon in my opinion has probabally been the focal point of screenshots and gameplay for ARR.
So i personally can understand them not including something so ubiqitious...
However MNK does deserve more attention and love. Perhaps with the new revamp things will change. -

Anyhow, lore-wise dragoon are long extinct and only one is still alive (the one in the drg storyline), while mnk was a religious fighter corp in Ala mhigo, destroyed with city's occupation and the survivors are few and shattered.
With that in mind, isn't unrealistic they aren't in the trailer.
And btw, i think it's difficult animating a realisting-looking mnk in cgi :P -
