everytime a taru died in xi it always made me chuckle and i looked forward to it lol D: lala need to be more cute/clumsy/funnys hehe!

I'll admit..when I was in a shell and party full of Tarus I always hoped they died just because of how they plop over face first.

Most Adorable death ever achievement should belong to lalafell, not moogle!

When they introduced jump into ARR I really wanted to see tarus biff it when jumping off stuff XD - like in the character creator for tarus where the boy gets into a run and then face slides.

Why no love for the Lalas? My ls already purposely tries to sacrifice me in the hopes of appeasing the drop rate% gods....

lol i <3 lala i just miss taru death w. they are so little and fat belly so they should topple over on face lol!

It's also fun to sit on dead peoples faces, but i'll happily sacrifice that joy in the case of lalas.

I'm going to hijack the thread for a moment to once again suggest that the dev's add a /piggyback option for lalafells.

Oh yeah I really love how much charm they put in the Asura's animations. My favorite is their jumps, particularly while running forward, how they stumble on landing and swings their arms around to get back their balance. X3

That sounds familiar... Except we had several tarus for that reason. Though one of them was a better sacrifice than others.

Tarutaru: Making a failed mission a little less sad.

I kind of like the star-shaped death the lalafell have already. It would be nice if we had more than one death animation, though.

They believe:
1. Lala deaths=better drop rate %'s (and so far KK death =Darklight esp. Darklight I can't actually use)
2. Kats opening chests=Better drop rate%...however if Kat turns up duds, then they make the sacrificial lala open.

That said: One friend does an emote that goes something like /em scoops Kinsey Kinz up and throws her on his shoulders (a Roe ;) ) That would be awesome....

I was once walking through Valkurn Dunes, and saw an Optical Hat just lying on the ground. i thought that someone must have dropped it, so, i went ahead and picked it up.

I didn't realize there was a Tarutaru underneath that hat, and boy, was he pissed. He called me a thief and chased me all the way to Selbina. Good thing i managed to grab a ferry right before he caught up to me. One's knees can handle only so many bites.

i feel so bad when taru/lala die though :-(

Please make all Miquote SCREETCH and arch their backs when they die. And after 9 deaths, give them a 2 hr 1/2 xp penalty.

Tiny folks: having been sacrificed to drop rate god since 2003.

Also, I agree that Lalafell should be face-down when dead. Their dying face up is just....ugh....reminding me of a dead frog.

I remember a Roegadyn I roleplayed with on this server that would do something similar. I also remember a drawing of something similar... Now I need to go find it, because it was adorable.

Doesn't everyone have two death positions? I don't see why they couldn't add more or adjust the current ones.

I was able to force the sideways one with H2H equipped.
