Wasn't Amon or Hein the same jobs? (Haven't played through FFIII completely). I agree the hat's the same design(I'm not that ignorant) just started this thread wishing a "Gogo" like character would be in ARR. (oh,well) -

It's definetly hein/amon, not gogo, lol.
The pose, the scarlet giant ring on their finger, the stylish hat with its colorful feathers, same colored garments, and skull shaped mask are dead giveaways.
I especially like the black and white striped pants and sleeves. They suggest that the person underneath is alive, but the pattern also makes their limbs resemble a skeletons, another homage to the original. -
