Made a thread asking a question about the community and it got deleted?

I was away from this forum the last few days and just came back hoping to read into my last thread i started only the realize it seems to have been deleted? It started quite a good discussion and i was really looking forward to reading all the replies.

Why was it deleted because what i posted wasn't offensive at all. Attention forum mods, would you at least make my thread viewable to me? I cant even view it when i check my profile

Not exactly i cant remember the entire post but it was not rude at all, whats with the strange questions?

It's a perfectly reasonable question.

Calling a group of people odd isn't exactly complementary, and while your post may not have been that harsh, it could very easily devolved into a flame war due to the subject.

This is it.

The thread was titled something like "Why is the FFXIV community so hard to get along with?" I was following it out of curiosity.

The original question was not rude, but many of the responses were not constructive and were simply bashing the player base.

You or someone else (maybe me LOL) said something bad, negative, or insulting or derogatory to the FANBOIS.

As stated, while the thread's original post may have been sincere, many posts following your initial one appear to have been inflammatory and locked as such.
