Did not recieve legacy status, been playing a few months now.

So I been playing this game for a couple months now and still haven't received legacy status... No email, nothing in character selection either.

It didn't really occur to me that something was wrong until I was talking with a few others who told me I should have gotten it a while ago. Is Square Enix just a little slow giving it out to everyone or what? Thanks for your time.

Also i noticed it says Join Date Sep 2012, that isn't true, i joined close a year ago from now.

before end of this month:
if you have paid for 3 months > legacy
if you have not paid for 3 months > no Legacy

which are you?

Definitely more than 3 months.

in your SE management account what is your billing statement? Im sure if u contact them and they can verify that you have paid for the 3 months they would give it to you.

What sort of benefits do legecy members actually get besides the choco and monthly fee?

I checked your character history, and it seems you only played for a month in 2011, and then quit until just this month; you weren't forgotten about.

There was a specific date people had to register in order to receive legacy status. I forget the dates, but I only think it included months for this year.

He registered when he first joined.

If what Taal says is true, you probably just haven't paid for 3 months. if you paid for one month in 2011, and might still be able to get it between now and November when the servers go down. your best bet is to give them a call.

Most of the time we don't get responses here. this is more of a hardware troubleshooting than anything else. and this is related to billing. so you'll need to call in.

The deciding factor for Legacy eligibility are having three full months' worth of paid subscription between January 6, 2012 and September 30, 2012. Anything before January does not count since the game was free-to-play.

Oh well, I feel like i should be a legacy member. it would have been nice but a custom bird isn't worth the stress.
