We need ominous music!

The old music doesn't work in lieu of the impending apocalypse. We need ominous music! Like this:

Yeah I've heard that. It's never been confirmed on what if anything it will be used on, but I assume it will be the november 11th final event.

Just feels weird to hear the current music with the giant scary looking meteor in the sky, but for that matter I guess it kind of feels weird to be out doing normal activities like mining too >.>

Earlier I earned the achievement "Breaking Rocks in the Hot Sun V" for getting MIN50. Seems like it'd be more appropriate to temporarily re-name it to "Breaking Rocks in the Hot Dalamud" instead.

It's actually quite difficult, and efficient. You have to convert the audio file you want to use as a replacement to the correct format, and then you have to manually find the name of the file you want to replace through trial and error. It can take quite a long time. Then once you finally do swap the song the music file will not loop in game, and in addition to that none of the games audio settings work with the new file. Not to mention instances of the game crashing in lieu of this method have been reported.

Currently the only method I've found somewhat suitable is to turn the music off in game and use an audio player to play what ever you want. This has it's obvious flaws though. The music doesn't automatically change when zoning, in battle, on a chocobo, cut scene, ect. You have to actually manually change it yourself each time.
