Looking for old ffxi Fairy server friends

Oh gosh, I started playing this game with the collectors edition launch in hopes that I'd see a few familiar faces on Fabul, closet name to Fairy I could find. I had last played with WCW the night before my car crash and death, long story.
I just wanted to touch base with them. Now, I know I got to talk to Doshu, WCW ls leader, briefly after I got my own place, but lost contact with him and his email. My character name was Teepo. I don't remember many, if any, besides Doshu, but I just wanted to tell my old Fairy friends hi and that I am okay.
If you know anyone from Fairy besides Poof and Thunderblaze, can you direct them here?

I was Sandkat - Corsair on Fairy and Habbaruk/Lunitari/Solinari on Diabolos.

Diabolos was at release and Fairy was a year or two ago.

my accident was 12/21/06 so fairy was dissolved '10?

was dissolved like 2 years ago was merged into Sylph server o.O

Make that summer 2009 then. It was after Ulduar was released in WoW. Played for 3-4 months or whatever.

I am an old school player from Fairy :) Lol, seeing your post is making me all nostalgic for those good ol' days. I was Sod, lvl 75 mnk/bst on the Fairy server, then when it merged with Sylph I lost my name to a mule. Sucked. Haven't played ffxi since a little while after abyssea came out. Thanks for the shout out! Its great to hear about other players from that server!

I was on Fairy LONG time ago. Transferred off with a friend shortly after you were allowed to do that sort of thing. I find it quite amusing that you named those two :P

nightpanda... that sounds familiar...
only reason I mentioned those 2 is because of my long time hatred and arguments with them. My long term memory is good but I have short term memory issues and brain damage now. Well hit 2 electric poles while going 95 in a 40 and I'm just thankful to be alive!

I was a Tarutaru named Boost on fairy. It was a pretty fun server.

I was on Fairy and I have no idea who any of you are. It is funny, thinking back on it you would think you'd run into atleast some familiar faces after playing ffxi for like 5 years. But I have run into people from Fairy on a pretty regular basis while playing this game that I never met while playing ffxi. On the other hand, with this game, the community is so small that if you end up spending a decent amount of time on it you wind up knowing everyone on the server. Anyways, good luck on your find fairy quest. If you ever decide you want to talk to Poof I know a girl who knows a guy who can make that happen for you.

Does Poof actually play ff14? Just wondering hmm

Dpends what Fiary. Old Fairy durign the notorious B Poof era. Or post fairy after Poof left and some of us moved to other servers like Phoenix for beter economy.

PS Poof owes me 5.2 million gil.

Remember the celebration when she made the announcement? Yet she had a good side believe it or not, jsut stepped on people to much. She also had way to much drama with that one girl, sicne then moved on chilled out, got help with health issues, so suposibly she is a different person. Not as foul mouthed.


Played as Kazira (white haired Elvaan), Kazaran (brown haired Taru), a few others. WIth best friend who was Deedi (Red haired Mithra).. Deedij ect.... PS Diane passed away. She never got to see XIV come to life.

PS THunderblaze plays XIV and has a character on our server. DOn't mention pood to him...

Sorry, don't recognize your names. My character was Trynity, a manthra that played mostly on Fairy then moved to Pandemonium. WAR, BLM, RNG, blah blah blah....


...and yes, had my run-in's with Poof, she even tried to join our shell at one time...

Poof is Cinnamon Requiem originating on the Mysidia server. I was in utter dismay when I discovered this.

Sad sad day when Fairy contracted Sylphelis. Logging in to Sylph the first day just felt dirty. Also, I lost millions worth of 'equity' and inevitably quit.

I was on Fairy as well, though i didn't play there for too long, must've played 8 months or something before it turned into Sylph. Was a manthra called Haruhii
