Is that the new soundtrack?
If it the new OST I'll take a look at it otherwise I already know it and don't need to Download Itunes :P
Now i listen it, i think it's the 1.0 OST. Some 'patch' tracks i didn't know they were composed by Uematsu °.°
not really all that new on the music.... but there are a few oldies redone, like the Woodsin song is different, has vocals.
Found the US version

However, I think some of the song names are wrong. At least on my list Twilight over Thanalan and Rise of the White Raven don't seem to be the right song. Also there's two "The Promise of Plunder".
A - lot - of song names are wrong.
Wow look at them song titles lol. Not only are they mostly wrong, they all mostly spelled wrong.
itunes? lolno I would gladly purchase the physical disc.
Ooooo. High-quality versions of previously-unreleased songs? Yes, please, take my money.
Says it's "currently being modified" so I can't buy it at the moment; perhaps they're fixing the track names?
What there are Naoshi Mizuta tracks in the release version? Then why did they advertise it as entirely Uematsu-made OST pre-release?
Thanalan field tracks has water (mizu) and field(ta) kanjis as the composer.
Not that I mind that. I LOVE Mizuta too. I hope he does a lot more music with Uematsu for ARR. I kinda feel like every area should at least get a night-time track.
An MMO cannot ever have too much music considering how long they're meant to be played.
On that note please double the amount of battle tracks. (with less 80's guitar pretty please)
It seems there are also 4 smaller frontiers albums focused on national region : Limsa Lominsa, Ul'dah, Gridania, and Ishgard.
However, the track name listing and groupings seem to be off on those as well. Compare the "Eorzean Frontiers" albums with the previously released "Final Fantasy XIV Field/Battle Tracks" albums which already established the track titles for some of the recognizable music on Eorzean Frontiers...
Looks like either a bad upload to the iTunes servers, or someone botched the translation of track titles big time.
Masayoshi Soken presented the album,

Sorry sometimes i use ' , ' instead of ' : '. Lol.
Just bought the album on iTunes, it seems it's only the previews that have been mixed up. The actual tracks when you download them are right.
Also the digital book is just the map of Eorzea with the track title and number placed over where the music is associated.
Thanks for the post, bought it, only $3.99!?
Just bought it... paid 1,99€. °_°!
Are these all the current XIV songs? None missing? I'd like to buy the actual cd but I don't see it online anywhere.
No, it's not all the current songs. It's half of em, more or less
Now the question is - Has any of the songs been remastered?
just bought it - for £3 you cant go wrong
Some good stuff
You sure? I paid $3.99 for 38 songs. That's a steal. You would pay more if you bought each song individually. I think it's an error on their part lol And some of those songs are long. I buy a lot of music from iTunes by this company that makes relaxation CDs, and they have some albums that have 6 songs and it sells for either $9.99 or $11.99. I have over 240 of those kinds of albums I use for music therapy at my job, so I've spent well over $1,000 on music. But with this selection of songs SE made available for that price...it was worth it lol!
This is a fantastic price
And yet again, Australians are not given the option of buying it....Australian iTunes store doesn't have it. -__-" And can't buy from JP or US stores either.
So. Is the Eorzean Frontier the whole Album and the Limsa Ul'dah Gridania Ishgard Frontier the same Songs in smaller packages? Or do I have to buy all 5 Albums to get all Songs?
Its great that they are finally releasing something (at a great price too) but what is so hard about releasing a full OST? The game currently has roughly 110 tracks, this isn't even half of them.
Great price and really want to buy but, holy crap those track names are off. D:
/sigh still can't buy square enix music off iTunes in New Zealand.
Come on Square throw us a frickin bone here!!
OH GOD THIS MUSIC.... SOOO GOOOD.... -rolls around in the music in front of the Australians and New Zealanders- SOOO GOOD!~ I kid =p you'll probably get em soonish!~ -thumbs up-
For those who are wondering, the individual 5 track CDs are the same songs. The Eorzean Frontier one is a collection of the 4 CDs plus the Mor Dhona tracks. Also, it's not every track in the game a lot of the music from the job quests and side quests such as the music now used for the inn is not in the album and as far as I know, has yet to be released in an official album.
Can't wait for someone to mediafire it, screw itunes. <.<
I'd rather blow full price on a flac/mp3 pack download than purchase anything on itunes.
But soon enough it'll be available for free elsewhere.
I have that problem too, I refuse to install iTunes on my machine.
FYI, Square-Enix just removed this CD from the iTunes store, but each of the 38 songs are available to download individually. So, whoever bought the CD at $3.99 or in whatever currency, are lucky owners :)
