Broken Taget Bar
The 1.16 patch seems to have broken the target bar, it’s difficult to decide what spell to next cast when you can’t see what buffs are still in effect on the target, healing has to be done entirely on party bars which can be difficult with 15 of you.
Please address this as soon as possible it’s difficult to play the game with a broken target bar.
Many thanks
Boysie

I've noticed this too, although it appears to be somewhat random as to when the target bar chooses to display correctly or not.. At times it will appear normally, whereas other times the name of the target itself won't even be visible.. This is very annoying when playing a DoM character, especially one that doubles as both DD and Healer.
-
The only way around it that I've found is to select a spell on the action bar and stay in the "select target" mode until you need to do something.
For example:
- Cast Poison II on your target.
- Statuses/target info disappears
- Select Bio II
- You can monitor Poison/Slow/whatever in this screen without casting Bio.
Yeah, it's not really efficient or (in many cases) doable, but in a tense situation it's good to know. Hopefully this bug will be fixed nice and quickly!

Same here, even with DoW debuffs such as disorient.

Always dissapears whenever im casting a spell, quite annoying
-
Ya this is frustrating...
-
Every time I cast a spell on my conj the name in the target box shows blank too. Once I start to cast another spell it shows then back to blank. This is very annoying when fighting groups of mobs.

i have this problem as well on my conjurer spells. the target bar "flickers" on and off
