Broken Limbs?

I would like to see status effects of broken arms and such. One example would be

GLAD uses guard

MOB uses Breaking Bash

GLAD receives the effect of Broken arm, Delay on guarding skill sometimes unable to raise shield.

CONJ Uses Cure on the GLADS Arm

Other Ideas: Limbs can be healed with potions, Broken Legs make you run slower (Similar to gravity)even making you Walk/Run with a limp. Similar to being hurt in the old RES EVIL games.

I don't know about broken limbs but give me some blood when i'm slicing up mobs and i'm good.

I'm shocked there is really no blood in this game. I would like blood stained armor lol

Since when has any Final Fantasy game had blood ?

I am in favor of broken body parts

I am in favor of broken legs so the victim cannot escape

I am strongly against being able to heal these injuries easily

If I recall ffxi did have a slight blood effect. Nothing amazing of course and wasn't always noticeable.

However i'm just a "Blood Rager" so I love games that have it. It's not at all a MUST though.

FF VS XIII Will have blood and FFXI had sort of blood animations like on critical hits and such.

Just making it easier/simpler to translate.

But seriously the whole FFXIV opening movie was very misleading and many people thought of brilliant ideas just from seeing things in the movie sadly none of the ideas or things that were in movie ended up in the game like fire being casted on arrows.

No blood brings the kiddies and soccer moms ...

broken limbs would be a good idea but should be healed when hp is restored or it would take to long for the healer to do their job wouldnt it?
but it would add to the immersion of the battles somewhat
but im sure the dev's have better things to do in their time :P

this is a T rated game not an M rated game.
if you want gore go play fall out 3/4. Or wait for the m rated lord of the rings game out. Or skyrim.

There should be fatalities too.
