Aetherpool and Sustain potion changes are great! HoH and EO next please

Hello, after doing a brief palace run, i have obtained a very good amount of sustain potions that basicly allows me to run any job without fear of running out of them.
It is an objectively good change, i dont think there are many people who would disagree.

However in general deep dungeon community, we are surprised both HoH and EO have been skipped over with this change with their respective potions.
Its hard to think of reasons why, especially with EO that is notorious for its tediousness of farming the potions.

I wonder if it is just a test before making the change in all deep dungeon, just to see how it is received, or it was deemed not neccessary because HoH and EO arent a requirement for other dds like PotD is

I agree, I would like to see these changes added to Heaven-on-High and Eureka Orthos.

They should add the aetherpool changes too. Heaven-on-High isn't as bad, but Eureka Orthos is a pain to grind starting from 0/0. Might as well make it easier for players to access the older Deep Dungeons for when Pilgrim's Traverse comes out.

If they would increase Timeworn Artifact drop rate for PotD, it would be a real alternative to spamming Delubrum...which guarantees 3 in 20min. For 10 floors you kinda need 10-20min too, with a high chance to get 0...

I guess the other deep dungeons are newer, so maybe they get the potion treatment faster. And they do not have those individual weapon achievements.

I didn't find HoH or EO aetherpool hard to get. Capped in every DD, personally.

While I don't see myself running out of them, it wouldn't be fun if I did so that change is alright.

I agree that HoH 1-30 and EO 1-30 should get the same changes that PotD 1-50 has just received.

It would be awesome if we could get all the QOL that the newest dungeon has over to the older deep dungeons :D
not so much quantum but floor sav states and the like.

Would make farming all those weapons for older DD's much nicer (especially now that no one runs them), so really, the changes to aetherpool should be added to HoH and EO as well imho.

Yeah with aetherpool it was a problem in party, when you had someone too greedy for the grips, dumping their aetherpool mid run.
Potions are sorta Bell-curve-ends problem, they were (are) very scarse for new players, and veterans that run high-end deep dungeon like speedrunning or scoring burn through them too quickly (not happening in potd anymore now ofc).

Btw whats up with the speedrunning website hosting all of those dumb "msq speedruns" and refusing to do deep dungeon?

Another good change that's 2-3 expansions late. Finished the aetherpool achievement grind recently and swimming in potions because there was nothing else to spend sherds on for years. Meanwhile, the frame kits that took too long to get added there cost sherds, and the sherd droprate appears to be unchanged.

HoH is pretty easy to increase Aetherpool as it auto +1's after... which is it, the 20th floor before you either have to go with a fixed party or by yourself? How is it in EO?

HoH is easy but EO is just boring garbage with a lot of gatcha mechanics and bugs that can still occur to this day if you use a wrong pomander. Spongy mobs as well. If new deep dungeon is same as this with spongy health, yeah no thanks.

I've seen some discourse on discords and people worried that the supply of max-potions (and the equivalents dropping from other dds) will dry up after the changes.
My personal opinion is that it is actually a good thing for the mmo ecosystem, giving crafters another option of potentially profitable things to do and sell, any thoughts?

I guess it's because they want as many players as possible to try the coming up Deep Dungeon. They have the data and might see that a lot of players haven't finished floor 50 of Palace of the Dead so they can't even go into any of the other Deep Dungeons. And if you start completely new in Palace of the Dead, especially if you do it solo, it can take countless hours to be able to reach floor 50.

I'd love to see this change applied to all the deep dungeons, aswell. I actually was very surprised when no sustaining potions dropped during my latest run of Heaven on High.
I understand why they added it to PotD, since completing it to 50 is necessary for the new deep dungeon. But honestly, if you bother adding it to one, just add it to all...no reason to skip the other two.

I want the generous potions added to EO so badly. The enemies are way too spongey and so deadly from floor one and the content just isn't popular enough to grind with PUGs to try to gain more stats, but it's SO LORE HEAVY that it being the DD with the worst balancing is painful.
