Limit Break possabilities..

So, in the demo video, we saw BLM finish the LB with Meteor..

So assuming every job has a different possible finishing move, depending on the order you execute the LB, what could the other finishers be?

BLM has Meteor..

WHM .. Full Restore.. ? Complete HP, MP and TP regen to all party members?

Other ideas?

Actually, they said that Limit Breaks are not exactly job dependent. That is there are different Limit Breaks you unlock in general, not for jobs, but depending on the job that executes them the effect will be slightly different.

3 levels/tier of limit break also...

All I know is they look awesome!

Ok, fine. I read that as well, that going through levels will introduce tier 1, 2 and 3 level LB's available to you, just as there was different level SkillChains you could pull off depending on which WS's were used in XI, I get the idea. But there is still a final result, based on whichever type of chain is used, I really doubt they'd make it so random you couldn't predict what the final result would be, based on jobs, abilities used and such. So this was speculation on what other Grand scale abilities could they come out with, that would either benefit the party as a whole or decimate a monster that we might see from a LimitBreak execution. Not the technicalities of how it works.

Y: Currently it’s by gauge, for this one if you can remember the limit break in “Final Fantasy 7”

Is limit break prepared per job?
Y: It’s not where there is 1 limit break per job since there are situations where it may break the balance so we deciding on this one carefully. However even if the effect is same depending on the job using the effect will be different. For example if Warrior and Paladin used the same limit break the effect will be different.

Does the limit breaks effect depend on amount of gauge or the weapon being used or would it change depending on party structure?
Y: We have idea for feature to change but currently it’s still being adjusted.

Can the limit break be used from low level?
Y: Yes, we are making it so you can use it even at somewhat low level, however there are limit break 1, 2, 3 so if you’re not high level you can’t use the higher level limit break, there is a link between characters growth. In beginning it’s like getting used to limit break system with level 1 limit break.

Indeed, its a bump..because as my original post suggested, there will be different LB's depending on which job is going to execute them. I was called down on the idea, but in the reference of 'Tifa's.. (which is most likely Seventh Heaven and that being a Monk skill to execute..) I revitalize this topic!

What else would stand out for each of the jobs as a 'mega hitter' attack from previous titles?

in the new video you see WHM casting a big whm shield like the the cat from LL storyline or the lalafall from the 2009 video this could be there LB.

its funny to see characters fighting a courle < might have mispelled, but one if the mobs for limit break on xi was a courle aaaand if im not mistaken that mob was for LB 50! But i could be wrong xD
