Please unlock PVP Warsteed (mounts)

I don't see any current benefit to having each mount be locked to what Grand Company you are currently in, when the PVP system is no longer locked down as it was back in the day with GCs. It would be cool to use each GC Warsteed without having to switch grand companies each time.

EDIT:
To clarify, this is NOT to remove the GC achievement requirement or anything with how to get them, we need that for grind incentive.

Example: I have the Flame Warsteed mount. I am currently Adder GC working towards the Adder Warsteed, but I cannot mount the Flame Warsteed (or Mael) in open world. We can ONLY use these mounts when ON that specific grand company. Hope that helps.

Also yes they're ugly and dumb, but I want to be able to use them ALL in open world.

I could be wrong but I'm pretty sure SE keeps it that way precisely to keep "factions" that people can grind for their rewards, much like you'd level jobs or rank society tribes. It's more shelf content and reward incentives for the game.
But I really don't have any strong opinion on the matter.

It's the same reason you can't wear a grand companies branded accessories if you're not in their ranks.

Some of them are different colored metal, apart from the flags.

The War Steeds is not locked... you get credits for each win of your actual chosen City State, joining as freelancer, which is for all, will not ruin that.

If you feel like it takes to long to get the mounts from PvP, one thing, get good with the job you like to play, so you do a difference and secondly try and work with the alliances in there and not against them... going in solo somewhere only rewards the opponents if they are just a little bit organized.

You went rogue there with whatever that second paragraph was.

It's locked to USE them in open world if you are not that specific grand company. I don't want to change to the achievements, I want to be able to use ALL of them in open world without having to change my grand company.

Ok? Crests make sense to stay the same but not the mounts. That'd be like the job mounts being locked to their jobs only.

Oh yeah they're the ugliest ever and copy pastes almost but I like collecting and using them. I just want to be able to use them ALL in open world man... Makes zero sense mounts are locked for use in open world. It'd be like if they locked the job mounts (example: tanks) to ONLY that job. :(

Oh I have no issues for how the achievements are set up at all for sure. That part is fine lol all gucci switching GCs for each one, that part is good for grind 1000%.

My mistake then, I didn't understand that your problem was actually using the mounts. I didn't even know they were locked to the GC for usage.

There is nothing wrong with you not being able to use a Flames Mount if your Grand Company is Storm and so on and so forth, it does not mean you can't unlock the mounts, but you also need to be that said or mentioned Grand Company for doing such to do it.

Nothing wrong with that and changing Grand Company is not a big thing to do either for spending time unlocking the mounts and no penalty to it either as it was in the old days when eg. Storm was the kingpins of PvP.

To get the PvP mounts in general take quite a bit of effort and time, and nothing wrong with that at all, it show commitment to the task.
