Endless Chocobo music has apparently survived Dalamud, gamebreaking?

Is this gamebreaking to you? Should it be in a continous loop, or fade away after a while?

Should it just be environment ambiance without music? Or maybe just the zone's music playing?

The fanfare chocobo music really destroys mood whenever I'm exploring, please fix this.

I'm sick of people complaining endlessly about the chocobo music. It's damned chocobo music. You hear it when you're on a chocobo. This is seriously in the same vain as the "grass" threads.

Well just take it positively, it means the prospect for FFXIV ARR is very good if the most pressing complaints are about grass, jump, and chocobo music.

Man... I wish I could think of a simple solution to this dilemma. Something I could do myself... that I could press...

This. There will always be people that complain about anything they can, so if the majority of the complaint threads are about grass (which 99.99% of the playerbase won't even notice, and only 1% of that .01% will complain about it), jump (which most of the playerbase wants), and chocobo music (which they said they would have a toggle for), then FFXIV:ARR is going to be amazing.

Let's not exaggerate here. If this is gamebreaking for anybody, I don't want them in this game to begin with.

Annoying? fine.
Distracting? fine.
Repetitive? fine.

But Gamebreaking? Really?

I think it would be nice though, if they added an option to turn the chocobo music off.

Same goes with crafting. I just want to shoot myself after a long crafting session from hearing that tune over & over... and that's if the crafting itself doesn't drive me crazy first :P

It Didn't when I played it for a LONG time. (I played it when it came out and quit with WotG so not sure if it changed)

That would solve a lot of whining if they did give an option for that. And if they added that I definitely hope to the Twelve that they give an option to turn off event music ;)
