Colorblind accessibillity in new trial

I'm sure I'm not the only one having this problem, but the color difference between the floor segments is not very noticeable if you have any degree of protanopia. Please please please change either the safe zone or the danger zone to something with higher contrast.

Seconded. Please do something about the colours for the bloom phases. The floor segments are too similar in colour.

One of my friends has colourblindness and can’t tell the colours apart, and few others are still struggling with it anyway. For me it gets bad in bloom 2 and bloom 5 when the orange cleaves are all over the arena as well.

Its also big problem for me. I've cleared ultimates (FRU, UWU) and I've never struggled as much to just see what's going on.

I have protanopia, and its really difficult for me to tell the difference between the safe and dangerous tiles, without any other mechanics going on, but adding in mechanics on top of them, makes it impossible to tell what's going on.
Its really disheartening because I love the theming of this fight and I love farming for the extreme mounts.
I hoping that y'all can up the contrast or make the shape a lot easier to see, because I would love to be able to do this fight.

2. The job they claim to perform is more easily done with shaders
3. Neither of those should be a necessary measure in the first place

I knew I wasn't going crazy. As someone with no type of colorblindness to my knowledge, the rose flooring is irritatingly hard to see at times. Friends of mine have been having the same issue. I hope that they add more contrast between the normal flooring and the rose flooring.

Yes to this thread, I can barely distinguish the different shades of red in the floor tiles. Given the speed of the Blooms mechanics it is impossible for me to see the appropriate spots. At least make the contrast between the red and brown tiles more significant

My ex got me a pair of those once. They didnt do anything as far as I could tell... I feel like they're only good for extreme cases, if anything.

Coming in to post on the forums for the first time just to agree with this. I don't have any form of colorblindness and it's still embarrassingly hard to see the tiles in the new extreme. They really need better accessibility options for the game in general

Not colorblind but the color choices make seeing mechanics hard even for people who are not colorblind. Was on M5 around 25% hp mark on the boss. The Dragoon in the group decides LB to during the Add Aoe + spotlights, preventing the entire raid from seeing where they need to be. Dragoon did say sorry in chat and admit he screwed up using the Lb at that moment.

I'm not colourblind either but the increased amount of visual clutter introduced in DT is something I just don't understand and can't see through properly

Yeah it's really bad. Just watching guides for Arcadion gave me a headache.

Colorblind player checking in. Distinguishing the floor tiles is ridiculously difficult. I'm leaving lockouts with a headache and reaching for eyedrops just trying to see safe tiles. This is terrible.

I do agree with this. I'm not colourblind but even I could see it till I learned it.

There's a couple of phases where it melds with the floor I think ots the circles, one needs to be dark, one lighter

Even with ability FX turned off it is awful. What makes it worse is that I have to wipe repeatedly because for some reason no one can do mechanics right when it is a bloom 4 prog group on top of it.

Came here to say this exact thing. It's extremely difficult to tell the difference in some of the colors during Dancing Green due to how bright it is (this blows out the color and makes it hard for me to see what's highlighted and what's not even with accessibility mode turned on)

edit: after waiting like 30 minutes my eyes are actually aching and i have a frontal headache, this is going to be a literally painful fight if we don't clear fast. Maybe i can just keep ibuprofen close by lol

I am not colorblind but i have some big issues with my sight, and i've never had issues before that i couldn't overcome but the blooms in the new fight is literally impossible. All is see is a visual mess

Thank you for the 7.21 update to this fight. I find it much easier to see what's going on now.
