That's an axe behind the spear. You can see the tip of the blade and butt.

Looks like a potential scythe. I think you may be looking into this alittle bit too much. :p

Meh, that's just an Axe. Looks just like the Canopus or w/e one looks Scythe-like that peeps use now.

Pretty sure its Bravura

Take a closer look.
It's either a halberd or guisarme stuck in the ground.

Somewhat unrelated but, there's a one handed polearm in the first trailer.

Both combatants (Lominsan and Garlean) have a shield and a polearm during the scene where they clash on the frontlines.

Looks like bravura to me too.

How in the world are people saying that is a Bravura when you can clearly see it looks nothing like the Bravura next to the warrior.

Looks like a flag staff since the flags in the background have the same shaft design.

Shoot they still have that beautiful Orb the Lalafell uses like a Reflect spell or something. When do us White Mages get that!!!!

On a side note it can also be a flag pole without a flag. The only items that tall in the picture are flag poles.
