Why are LB plots surrounded by these hideous rocks? Please remove them, I want to see the waterfall from the ground level of my yard. The waterfall is so beautiful when you can properly see it. These ugly rocks affect all the other plots too. If they were covered in greenery like moss and some weeds, it would be more tolerable but I prefer if they were entirely removed, they serve no purpose but make yards look ugly and block the view of the otherwise beautiful Black Shroud around your home.

Those aren't rocks, they're tree bark. A great number of LB plots are built upon giant stumps and these are attached to those. I don't think they're going anywhere, they're natural extensions of the stumps we live on and I think they're lovely.

Tis wood aye, at certain spots in Lavender Beds you can see they make a clear distinction in looks between wood and rock. Such as this spot behind the cottage plot 4/34. The fence above it and the big tree Senna's Pride also share this same texture.

But yeah I do agree they could have gone better way about distinguishing such as those pictures you took in Shroud it as I always see most people call it rock. Maybe they could have added some branches on it or roots sticking out. -

While that is a bit annoying, I still think it's funny that the devs decided to have a mansion in LB facing the away from the rest of the area, which means that even when you are standing on the edge of the map and fully zoomed out, you cannot see the entire front of your house. Or in Shirogane how they have beach side homes, but not a single one faces the beach.
Let's face it, the FFXIV city planner went to the same school that taught Hiroi how to write. -

I agree that they aren't the most peasant thing to look at, but they are intended to be tree bark, and at least look like a natural part of the landscape. The blocking of the waterfall should probably be the primary thing on your list of complaints here, and not the tree bark. How long ago was LB housing established? Probably hasn't even occurred to Square Enix to go back and look at it.
