And you can abandon faction leves, just like any other leve. Not sure what you are saying here.

He's probably talking about the bots at Cedarwood or so doing the Wanted: Godwin Goodgoat faction leve.

i am and they arent bots unless you can make an entire new person with a bot. they r dualboxing. but i just tried to powerleel a freind the same way they are but when i tried to abandon it wouldnt let me.

he also wants to know what lvl he needs to get an inn room?

I think he needs to finish the first storyline quest to get the Inn quest, i could be wrong though.
