Wouldn't that be an interesting number to look up? Or hell, even program for?
if (!lastBombardEvent) {
successfulEventCount--;
{
if (successfulEventCount < 10) {
bombardLastSpawnWave = 10;
}
Nevermind, that would be too hard.

You must awaken the dancer inside you!
/target npc
/flamedance
Make those into separate macros and spam the firedance one hard and you should be murdering them all. I never used the target one though so idk if its correct or not. it should be but the macros in this game are a bit weird.
Hmm well I did it first day so I don't know if it got more intense or not but I got a lot of kills with just the /firedance macro. There were a few people there that were saying that the event was jp only... I'm not sure if they were UK or not but lag wasn't a big issue for me. I'm not in the UK though so I don't know what it'd be like for them.
I feel bad for the late comers who want to do the event but can't due to lack of people participating so all the bombs on the next day, so it's impossible to complete with less than 10~ people.
I was killing 15+ bombs every run first day in uldah without a target macro but I'm US. UK players should be able to get at least one dance off and if not maybe go out to one of the spawn points and ask if you can have a bomb. I saw a few people that were having issues getting bombs so I let a few live so they could get a kill.
You can save all four balloons with just half a dozen people. But it takes a lot of effort.
By the end of the day Pacific Time on Monday, the only crowded area was Uldah on Masamune. LL had zero participants, and Gridania only had a few. Uldah was crowded, but if you paid attention you could still tag at least one bomb during each cycle of the event.Quote:
Except all three areas were so crowded, it was tough even getting one dance in LL/Gridana.
The biggest problem with the event is how heavily weighted it is toward large groups. If you're in a moderate-sized crowd, then the large number of waves give everyone a chance to successfully /firedance at least once. But I did a few event cycles with just a handful of people, and it just got tedious.
Programming is hard.
