High-Level Dungeons Roulette: A potential fix

I am writing this post as I am not really happy with the current state of roulette.
It kind of confuses me how Level 50 and 60 content, potentially even 70 can rank itself into "High Level" Content (High Level Dungeons) when it straight up isn't.
For me personally, leveling has become a bit frustrating because I mostly get low-level content in Roulette (which takes roughly 2-2.5h to fully complete) hence why I'm making the suggestion of having a split roulette where you have 50/60/70 Dungeons and 80/90 Dungeons. Both give XP and tomes; if you do the first one it does not complete the other.

Both have to be rewarding enough to warrant queueing for it, especially the 50/60/70 one should be more lucrative than it's higher level counterpart (This can be done via XP adjustment and poetics adjustment I guess) to not kill queue-times for newer players.

Because those dungeons are the capstone level for each expansion and as such, give MUCH less exp when queued normally. The only reason to queue them over the 49/59/69/79/89/99 ones would be MSQ progress. The roulette exists to ensure the queues for them aren't completely dead 24/7. Nothing more, nothing less.

The dungeons in that roulette give barely any experience at all even when they are from the latter end. Those dungeons are the ones that were released at the cap level of the time, and thus originally gave no exp at all. Now they give token exp but it's minor compared to the amount leveling dungeons do. Thus nearly all the exp you get from that roulette comes from the roulette bonus. You might actually end up with more exp from the lower end ones. That roulette was always a poor choice for leveling purpose.

It's name can be a bit misleading I give it that. It used to be the roulette with the other level 50 dungeons except the latest ones (which were in ex-roulette), hence the name. Then it got named 50/60 Roylette, later 50/60/70 and I think it was 50/6/70/80 too in EW.. or was it 50/60/70/80/90 roulette... Guess they decided they can't be going in with that and tried ro roll back the name but it could use a rewording.

That roulette ABSOLUTELY needs a rewording. Previous Level-Caps, for example makes it pretty clear what you get.

And yeah. It's not the best for leveling but the fact that dungeons like Halatali and Cuttler's Cry exist in the leveling roulette sometimes makes me go into the high level roulette anyway. Leveling speed be damned.

I have no stakes in this, but how is it taking you 2h to fully complete a leveling roulette ? ;o;
If you mean all your roulettes.. You don't have to do them all.
If you need poetics, you can spam something like Castrum Meridianum or Ultima weapon, if you want current tomes, you can slam tender valley over and over, if you need xp, you should queue latest dungeon you have that isn't at a level multiple of 10 (leveling and msq roulette should be done for this tho, they reward handsomely.)
Like, all of these options are much, much better options that queueing for alliance raids for example ? ;D That queue is often extremely frustrating and takes a lot of time.
Also, yeah, I think they're careful about adding too many queues that dole out rewards. They don't want to give too much to players who have a lot of free time, and setback those who don't.
They also want to keep "clearing your daily roulettes" time to a manageable level for someone who works all day and only has a couple of hours to play the game in the evening.

Much what the previous poster said. The roulettes are different tools for different needs and instead of thinking one needs to complete them all every day, one should look at if they serve their needs for the reward they give. Either for leveling or tomestones they have different give outs per time they take.

"High level" should be 69-90 imo.

The other way around. The Round Level Roulette should be named something else than "High Level". That worked back at 50.

I meant all of my roulettes, sorry if that was a bit unclear. 2 hours for a Leveling roulette would be funny.. yet also atrocious. I don't really care for tomes, I mainly care for XP, yet I don't really find any interest in spamming fates, spamming bojza, spamming tribequests and what not. I kind of disagree with the Alliance Raids thing, as they do give a ton of XP, atleast in the later levels while not taking long (because let's face it, it's the same 3 Raids again and again and they are quite short).
The time manageable level is something that I don't quite agree with as it will just be a ~15 - 20 Minutes roulette that's gonna be added and I don't really see the issue there, but maybe that is just me.
Them also not wanting to give too much to players with a lot of freetime is also a bit.. questionable since you could theoretically just spam dungeons all day IF you have a lot of freetime (no XP Limits per day), setting back those who don't have that time effectively.

I dunno, I'll make a comparison with the "High-Level" Dungeons Roulette, comparing it to my highest Level Dungeon and see whats more worth it (of course for more than my current level ranges as I still have to level jobs from like 50 -> 100 for example). The answers here kind of gave me the idea to just throw the High Level Roulette out and do the highest level dungeon once or even twice instead to stay in the same timerange while also.. enjoying the game more.

Now that we got the weekly tome, the round level roulette got its main grab back, that is, it gives somewhat decent chunk of the secondary tome. And yes, alliance roulette is also fairly good for ex.

Roulettes do not exist for the person queueing roulettes. They exist for the person naturally queueing whatever the roulette gives you. The "High Level" roulette is level cap dungeons for the various expansions. In 3.0 it was referred to as "Level 50 Dungeons" and consisted of any dungeons that were not Praetorium or Castrum, but were level 50. Each expansion, it was increased by 10 levels, and was only recently renamed to "High Level" as "Level 50/60/70/80/90 Dungeons" is a bit ridiculous.
