Unwanted pay mounts and refunds

First off, in real life, sidecars on a bike are on the RIGHT SIDE, NOT the left. Second, when i first bought that mount, i found out the when my guildmate got on the bike, she would replace the npc that was in the sidecar, in the first place i dont want or need an npc in it to begin with. it's a useless and stupid mount.

Cruise Chaser = $29.00
don't get me wrong on this mount, it looks cool on or off the ground. but when im in the air with this mount i dont need smoke or flames in my face. imagine your in your car and some idiot is in front of you and smoke blowing out of his exhaust, mmm tasty. You can see a damn thing. Useless mount, and i want my money back for both of them SE.

Uh, it's on the left side because this is a Japanese game and Japan drives on the left side of the road, like the United Kingdom and Australia (and many other Commonwealth countries), so hence motorcycle sidecars on the left side, and thus the designers merely reflected what they're used to when they designed it. The little Alpha figure in it though is silly (and wasting what could be a two person mount), but hey, it's hardly the most ridiculous looking mount in the game.

As for Cruise Chaser, it's representative of it as a boss in Alexander (where it flies around shooting... flames and smoke from behind). And it's based on a mech from an ancient Square PC game called Cruise Chaser Blassty (sic). FFIX's Ark summon was directly based on this mech (and which is now also in the game as a bonus with the Collector's Edition of Dawntrail).

These are on the store for a reason, don't like them? Save your money and don't buy them, it's as simple as that.

Because in some parts in the world you drive on the left side of the road, Japan is one of them.

Not happening. You should have done your research before making a purchase if you're that picky.

Cash shop mounts get preview trailers posted before they go on sale, or other people will post their own videos about it after buying it. If you're so impatient that you can't wait for a video before blowing your money, that's your own fault.

you can click the video preview and skim through it to see how the mount behaves in the game

ever heard of buyers remorse? this is it. should have done your research before you spent 70 bucks on pixels in a game cash shop. this is a you problem.
