If that is the crystal tower then it would appear that the tower currently in Mor Dhona will be turned into the Crystal Tower from Dalamud's influence.

Possibly, but on the new website there's concept art in the Mor Dhona section and it doesn't look snowy. Who knows.

If you explore in-game lore, you would know the crystal tower already exist, under the wrecked airship :p

I believe that cutscene is exclusive to a specific city-state, isn't it?

I started with Ul'dah then joined the Maelstrom and haven't ever seen that CS. Watched it on YouTube though.

I think the crystal tower is in Coerthas that will be covered by the snow. We see that 'behemoth concept' in the area sorrounding Ishgard.

I think it was the monk quest NPC who mentions that the crystal tower is in Mor Dhona and hints that it's the cause of the crystals everywhere. It's the tomb of the first Allaghan emperor. Which may even have something to do with Dalamud itself.

And you're wrong, because i don't speaking of any cutscene.
If you did MNK quest, go speak with professor Erik, then choose Class is in session -> Silvertear Falls.
At the end of speeching, he found a huge tower below the lake. Since he's emanating huge aetherial energy and common stone can't do it, he believe it's made of crystal.

Okay, but it's still specific to something. I was saving Monk for 2.0 so I could see what leveling was like. It's my one non 50 battle class.

It's not like it was information that was readily passed along.

QFT. They could bring some great elements of gameplay related to snowy zones. I will look forward to that.

Edit: And I really wonder if we will still happen to see the purple-Mor-Dhona-specific weather in X|V, now it's covered in snow.
