They are going to be higher for sure and I am going to test them as soon as I get my Relic fists. Ifrit Extreme is all that stands in my way now, we are close so I should be able to start testing soon. I'll post my findings as soon as I'm comfortable with them.

Based on the fact that SE is going to change stats pretty vastly in 2.0 as a dev indicated in a recent I will not be doing anytesting on these. That being said using Ryzar Dyzar and Silvano Conri's spread sheet predicts the stat caps at 376 STR and 321 INT.

As Drexel said the sheet pretty clearly states the stat caps are as best I could CALCULATE for the masses based on the tiny amount of data on stat caps out there. I would STRONGLY advise against taking those as law.
I'd be VERY interested in relic cap tests, as the tests I do have do indicate that's the right range for relic (actually 380 main stat cap) - but that's limited testing at best and only from a third party source.

Yea 380 is a pretty rough number to get to on monk but heck these are relics we are talking about. The process to get them is extreme so I’m not surprised they have extremely hard stat caps to reach.

I have those 3 tripple melds and they dont get me to those caps for what its worth, also where are you getting your info, the secondary stat seems quite high?
yes is a lot higher than I expected, I heard that cap from friends and people that actually have the relic
You would need quad meld STR on hands or INT on head in addition to triple meld in the remaining slots. This would relieve one ring slot for STR or INT, whichever is lower, and food should fill the gap.
gdi 380/330 is NOT TESTED CAP, it was some guy who decided to write a math equation to try and represent stat caps and thats what he came up with. I put all my gil on 380/330 NOT being the real caps on relic.
How much gil are we talking about, here?
A MNK outside Uldah told me that if you don't wear pants you can reach cap and bananas must be worn at all times. Not sure what he meant but I have been trying to double meld banana pants for a few weeks now because it must me true.
Yes the relics should be tested. But if they follow the pattern of every other Monk/Pug weapon rating then....

I am currently looking into INT cap for Sphairai since it's unambiguous, unlike STR.
Damage increases 4 points from 311 INT to 318 INT, then stops increasing at 320, 324. I can't manipulate my INT to 317 or 319, so assuming the secondary stat:damage ratio of 0.68, the cap for INT is 317 or 318 (6 x 0.68 = 4.08, 7 x 0.68 = 4.76).
