Please make Anatman an emote you obtain from doing the Monk job quest

yes its a nice animation, feels kinda sad that it's just going.

I joked about it being a special job exclusive emote, but if its really gone, it should come back as an emote.

It is quite similar to the emote you get from the Kojin tribe in Stormblood, but you are swinging your arms side to side. Not sure if SE would add it back in somehow, but that is the closet I can think of.

Actually now that I'm thinking on it, every job in FFXI has a special emote tied to their job. Maybe put those in FFXIV and make Anatman Monk's?

Anatama as emote would be nice.
But for me is there a positiv thing, that its gone.

I dont cut my hands anymore, when i would use it (use Shb relict weapon, who is a Katare)

It's kind of weird to see it go, i mean it's not like it had any real use despite what it's original intended use, but it has always looked neat.

I used the Anatama animation to create a Instagram video once, so i do hope they bring it back in some form.

Actually why can't they make Anatman work like Hide

Anatman
Restores 2 charges to Perfect Balance.
Cannot be executed while in combat.

Why is Ninja the only one who gets to recharge their mudra.

All of this and somehow bring back the Greased Lightning effect.

After many months later, yes, the lack of having Anatman for the purposes of gposing is a vast void unfulfilled. :(

There are a lot of old abilities I can think of that should come back at least as an emote.
Dragoon’s pole dance, for example.

Would be nice to “glamour” a few higher level abilities too. Bard’s Wide Volley is much cooler than the upgraded version.
