Why not being able to change physical aspects such as length of the arms, hands, legs, nose, canines, chest, or the musculature, whatsoever. But the penis? I didn't know it could be quite of a frustration in a video game. Personally, I definitely need a vast choice of hairstyles / tints / tattoos... I want a unique character. :p

We're all running around adventuring and doing stuff so I would think it would be rather hard to get fat.

Strange discussions going here .. I just want to be able to make a red tabby that looks like our own fat house cat to try and convince my wife to play (she loves the cat, she might be willing to grind my DoH's while I'm away).

I liked how in Aion you could make your character odd looking. Personally, I like making my chars purty, but I think the more cc options the better.
