RPR Job action thoughts

I feel it it looks good. A lot of the actions look like 90+ upgrades with a few additions to existing CD combos. The one ability I wanted reworked was soulsow but we will see. Overall the class action abilities looked fine as reaper is a pretty complete package as is imo. Thoughts?

New stuff looked good but very predictable so hard to get excited. I liked the effects though!

I like the Plentiful Harvest change. I like the overall idea that they were helping with no overcapping gauges while still allowing access to the abilties that consume them.

I was happy RPR didn't receive major changes after only one expansion. Everything they showed looked good so far and it'll continue to be my main job if VPR ends up being a disappointment.

communio cast bar wasnt removed so im not happy.

Honestly disappointed. Not a fan of the ugly light green feather effects in Gibbet and Gallows which doesn't fit with the job and seems they changed the animations for it which look worse. They re used the reaper LB3 animation for the new skill which just tells me they couldn't think of anything fresh. Soul Slice has blue, red and purple effects. Where does light green feather effects fit in? I'd personally like to ask this question to the dev team.

Everything seems good to me. I hope one thing we didn't see is that our Arcane Crest duration gets a longer effect duration, since a lot of other shields and defensive things are, and the 5 seconds is already annoyingly short and hard to time.

If Hell’s Ingress/Egress & Harpe are/can be merged I will be happy.

They can't merge them, sometimes you just gotta stand somewhere and harpe multiple times without a hell's. Not often but it comes up, like Titania.

My biggest question is what was the impetus for the green orb nuke at the end of the video. I would assume a followup to communio because I am a pessimist, but it could also be tied to hells egress or harvest moon.

Yeah this would be nice. Given the mitigation potency and duration increases we saw, it's giving me the feeling we're going to be looking at things needing that mit more and that coupled with improvements to our ability to move and do rotations sounds like we're going to move a lot more. A few extra seconds to get that crest in place to trigger the effect would be nice.

I'm torn.

I hate the abilities that make red crystals pop out of the ground.

I like the power of the plentiful harvest change but I hate how SE is doubling down on the 2min meta. Now its 3 enshrouds in the buff window...

with the new skill being added after Enshrouding, I do NOT think you can get 3 under buffs. You could BARELY fit 2 before, at least in your own Arcane Circle. Now with an added skill, I don't think you'll even get a full 2 unless they are extending the durations of many of the party buffs, let alone 3.
