The Purple Mage! Mainly a focus on Purple magic, using Psychic attacks and Mind bending spells. Creating copies of itself to deal damage. Much like a mesmer from Guild Wars 2.

The Weapon can be a floating crystal ball in-between there hands.

I like the concept of something other that aspected magic, but please no more <color> Mage lol. We already have the iconic ones from the franchise, but I feel that 'extra colors' added after that kind of feel awkward. Esper or something similar would sound much better imo.

yeah having a Caligraphy Theme/Aspect to Picto would certainly help^^

Maybe they could make it a Seer than since Seer was a job in FF

What's that got to do with sage, though?

I don't think there will be anymore casters tanks healers or melee dps anymore. The game has 100 different flavours of the same job right now. Adding even more will fix literally nothing
