As it shouldn't. Butts in this game are alarming levels of flat. To the point that I just don't dress my character in pants because it looks terrible.

I hate the shapeless bottoms in this game. I am not a perv or anything like that Just as a woman with curves I would like my character's to have some shape to them. I do not mean stupid proportions just a little more shape.

Butt's are overrated. They look fine.

Turns out the Blessing of Light comes with the minor side effect of Hank Hill ass, truly tragic

(I would also love to give my characters literally any butt at all but I doubt they're going to add it anything soon.)

Jokes asides, if we are gonna compare models to a bygone Era that cannot be physically reached.(Cause of tech limitations by other platforms) doesn't mean we can't get some cushioning for our falls/wipes.
[Aka, just cause 1.0 looked better for all the bad tech reasons. doesn't mean we can't at least get some More Seat muscle/fat on the rear ends.]

It shows that a single piece of gear can be made that doesn't conform to how the body is shaped. Just like every other piece of gear. This is not the same thing as a butt slider.

And adding a slider wouldn't automatically make all gear scale to it anyway. Plenty of chest gear ignores the bust slider.

They just need to pull out the bottom part of glutes a little to fix the indentation. It genuinely looks bad from a model stand point.

In all seriousness, extra character creation metrics like this would bring a whole new world into Eorzea, I think. Being able to adjust how "Thikk" your character is, or adjust certain zones/body metrics would make characters feel more unique. Really, this doesn't exactly bother me, but I do with that I had less moments of "oh, this person and I chose the same face/eyes/hair...cool!" and more "Oh wow, so that is a cool look with that face/eyes/hair combo!"

You need a complete rework of all wearables in game as well, it is not just adding to the current layout, but also a huge clipping thing, as most items does not simple just crop or adjust to your character as it is...

They should make it like that though, but I got no idea how many ressources it would take.
