Does anyone know who wrote the ARR tribal quests?

Basically what it says on the tin. Does anybody know who wrote these? Especially the sylph quests and the allied quests? I've tried looking across the internet but so far I've turned up diddly squat.

For what purpose?

A friend of mine just got through them all and she was curious about it.

Do you want to send them compliments because of how good they are?

How nosy do be people have to be lol? Answer the question instead of figuring out how you're going to judge them for it lol.

People want to know because in this community and other online communities it's not surprising to see people getting aggressive with writers for whatever reasons they might have.

Obviously it's completely fine if you don't like the quests or whatever, but no one wants to be responsible for some poor writer getting harassed.

What's wrong with being old ladies gossiping at a salon?

I was just curious about why they wanted to know this, not testing them before I reveal the answer. Sadly, I don't know who wrote the ARR tribal quests.

Poor person came to forums with a genuine question and now encounters this, can we not?

Just please if any of you know answer them, don't make it bigger of a deal than it needs to be
