Since we can't change the eye color through the aesthetician I think it would be a good idea to make it possible through glamour. It would be a great addiction for people who like to do cosplays like myself.

Alright...title had me in the first half. Not gonna lie. Buuuut, as someone who believes glasses improve everything and is excited for this change. I do wholeheartedly agree with this suggestion. Would be nice.
I assume that would be something SE wouldn't want because it takes away from possible fantasia sales, but yes, that would be AWESOME.
They should just let you change you're eye colour. It's stupid asf
Everything except race and skin tone should be free without a fantasia
But then again, people buy fantasias to change the eye color again, so not happening
Under that same reasoning is unlikely they will add lenses, but I agree entirely with you
Won't happen, but I'll hope for it. I gave up on it though, popped my free fanta and fixed my main character's eyes a while back.
Contact lenses don't sell fantasias and now they are also taking away au ra free fixes.
I want a Monocle, a dapper suit, and a top hat... >.>
Contact lenses would be coo! I still have my fingers crossed for eye patches though.
I honestly don't think this would impact fantasia sales all that much. I would wager very few people currently blow the cost of a fantasia just to change the eye color of their character. It's not worth it. I believe the idea behind the CC is to lock in physical traits that we don't have to power to change such as height, race, and gender, and iris color is also one of those attributes. Sure there are colored contact lenses in the real world, but believe it or not, most people don't qualify and/or can pull off a color change that looks natural, and those that can already possess the hue that people want to change their eye color to.
Eye color among the worldwide population is overwhelmingly in favor of brown. This of course include variations of brown from hazel to near black, but still brown. I believe it's over 70%, and the closest to it is blue, which hovers somewhere in the 20's. The majority of people who desire a color change have brown eyes due to how rare and exquisite the lighter colors are. It's also because light color iris' reflect light, unlike brown which absorbs it.
If you do have brown eyes, rejoice. You have have FAR better night vision than those with light colors (I'm totally making this up). Go against the trend and make your characters eyes brown and add their superior night vision to their lore!
