PvP Xp series should really give you a bonus for how well you perform during a match

Like most game that propose a pvp they should add that the better you play the more you are rewarded for your efforts I see way WAY too many people just dropping weapons to get defeated in 30sec just to get 700xp instead of playing good for 5min to only get 900xp I try to report that kind of behavior but there is so many and I don't really know if it actually work.

I know frontline kind of fix this problem because of the 1st,2nd,3rd place but its still meh I think that it might help people actually start to play if you are more rewarded for your skill and participation and before you say anything let me remind you something : When the recent Star wars battlefront 2 released (beside the micro transaction that not the topic) the exp system was working the exact same way and it ended up with a game filled of players with macros to no get kick and get as much as XP as everyone else. That is not a good move

This was kind of a problem in Rival Wings for a bit. Our teams tower was the first destroyed. People give up and start Afking in mechs so we can't make a comeback. I think if done right, this could be actually a respectable suggestion. The metrics used to suggest good play needs to be carefully considered though. For example if we did something like, get X kills for more exp, then we just start to entice killing over objectives for objective based game modes.

I was thinking for CC every second you stand on crystal give you 5xp and killing is 50xp assit are 20xp. capturing objective on frontline is 100xp and for the cluster destruction is the number of damage you did in % each % is 1xp for medium and big cluster it doubles and tripple a medium is %x2xp and big is %x3xp as for Rival wing I cant really say because I never played it

Kills and assists are arguably better than objectives. Since BH increases kill potential and survivability, therefore making it easier to secure objectives.

Another metric that can be used is players doing 500k worth of damage. Players that are unable to break 500k damage in a match either don't know how to press the keys on their keyboard/controller or avoiding PvP by focusing on uncontested objectives. 500k is a good middle ground for being active and securing objectives.

Poor idea because some jobs can easily farm assists/damage. Even in CC, I could easily just run to the crystal, pop my heals + shield + any job specific mitigations/heals, and farm exp that way.

yeah but at least people would play that the whole point pvp is not rewarding winner and for exp farm people will loose over and over to farm despite how other want to have fun and actually fight player as for the assit thats fine because to get an assit someone need to die and normally people dont let themselve die too easily , those who play of course

You are rewarded with extra wolf marks and series exp. It doesn't really need to be more complicated than that, in my opinion.

re read my original post it's not that it's not enough it's that it dosen't push player to play because grinding by losing is so much faster since its still 700 over 900

The only way I could see this being fair is if they made an mvp for each job. Since all jobs have an identity in PvP, an overall mvp would be skewed towards a specific one instead of it being fair for all.

That's not nearly enough incentive man.... If l die, l lose all the gp on the gathering jobs, so if my team is doing bad, It actually incentivize me to stand in spawn and let the other team win. The gp conserved from that yields far more value than extra wolf mark and series xo.
