Okay I have to admit, this one did actually make me laugh.
They're always after me lucky charms...
Jokes aside, perhaps it is a hint? geomancer, oracle, green mage, etc
Job trainer: Warwick Davis.
Probably would be Green mage, but not the green mage from tactics, since that one is pure buffer / debuffer, a job that will not work in this game. So will be a totally new implementation if that's the case.

Note the three leaf clover on the cape, as well as in the shape of the staff. One of Yoshi-P's infamous "hint t-shirts" featured the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, who are green.
I really can't imagine what a "Green Mage" would even do in this game, though. It would probably just borrow the name only and be a straight DPS job.
Its not....its an FF13-2 and FF lightning returns adorment item reference
In game the adorment state this
"A charm to make you feel your luck has gotten better... but it really hasn't."
https://forum.square-enix.com/ffxiv/...chid=128223758I know you're quite infamous at this point on this place. but can you stop making these stupid threads with no substance or discussion already and go post this in your fc discords meme channel.
The new job is 100% a chemist, cause SE loves reusing their "resources" because chemist was being developed for 6.0....but they change their minds mid development to make Sage instead
Also the entire TMNT movie is legit about mutent ooze. The chemical itself which turns the turtles to who they are, bebop, rocksteady, firefly are all in it
Wont go into too much spoilers but the chemical is used alot in it
I also do not think it be pictomancer, because you would just wear any TMNT tshirt to reference the turtles itself, but yoshi p deliberately choosed to pick a tshit with the latest movie mutant mayhem....which again points towards chemist due to heavy usage of the chemical throughout the entire movie
chemist is a ff healer type job. even in modern day life chemist/pharmacist is a profession of medical personel. what was meant for chemist was channeled into sage, you need only read the skills. nobody can guess for sure the new jobs because they will never make them so obvious. but a healing type caster dps would be completly redundant
I'm not so sure if it'd be that clever - the last shirt hint was just a person with a scythe for reaper.
(Despite my fervent hope of a deeper meaning, like suggesting necromancer: the only person with a scythe in game is Edda which she got when she was brought back by the Necromancer in the Palace of the Dead)
Or it could play around itself as a caster, applying debuffs which benifits its own DPS and no one else in the group, doesnt have to be dot based either, could come out with some nice interactions woth its own skill set and would also be very interesting as a job mechanic aswell
Also yoshi p is the one who stated this in an interview years ago the reason why they turned down chemist, was because it did not feel right as a healer
there is one massive rench in this proverbial cog. the game right now cannot handle a debuff based dps class, currently the number of debuffs displayed on a boss is already un-tangeable. to have a dot based job runs the risk... no assurance.. of adding fire to this pyre. when to many debuffs are applied to a boss, some of them just dont go through (reference here omega ultimate) so i think a dot management job is absolutley off the cards, we had 2 (smn/sch) and they were removed. there are also calls for bards debuffs to be condensed to 1
it was simply not fleshed out enough, that was the reason it was reworked to sageQuote:

have you nothing better to do? nowhere better to be, nothing of value to say.. join an fc.. make friends and stop looking for attention on the forums from users who will only dislike you if you keep posting rubbish like this that is not meant to invoke thought, critical thinking or discussion. these displays are like a disruptive child in school acting for any slither of attention they can get. are you not better than this?
It could be for gambler job. Gambling is all about luck of the draw. It could also be for 3 new jobs for 7.0.
Strictly speaking, look at SMN and RDM.
Both have a Raise. Both have (some kind of) cure/heal. Both have a party buff, RDM has two (Barrier).
Take old ShB SMN. Remove the Demis/Egis and replace them with poison/miasma/toxic themed spells. Give it a 60 sec CD party buff (yes, it's a bad idea ala Trick Attack starting the meta back in 2.4, but that doesn't mean they won't do it; remember where they removed party buffs from BRD and MCH to say that Jobs shouldn't buff other party members...then turned around and immediately introduced DNC?). And make its DoTs do things like old Fester for more damage and Bane for spreading, and have something that procs randomly on DoT ticks. Throw in a dash of Saboteur from FF13.
Bam, you have a Green Mage. Debuffs the enemy (DoTs), buffs the party (60 sec "frequent" party buff). That would be FFXIV's take on Green Mage, much like how FFXIV's RDM doesn't have Cure 3 but it has Verholy.
Nah, new job is Brewmaster...
All enemies will be slain with a pint of Guinness
Krile is getting a makeover if you all recall, very likely she is going to become a Green Mage.
Whether this is a red herring only meant for her no one can say.
But that symbol does completely match from past FFs.
They mostly just roll.
Maybe it's a leperchaun, and they'll get all the DoT stuff the other casters lost to keep with the disease theme.
