When are we getting the answers to the Fanfest questions answered by Kate Cwynar?

They said 2 weeks and it's been months. Don't tease us! :(

I'm also highly anticipating these answers.

Not to my awareness. It seems like quite an oversight, given that it seemed the answers and slides had already been prepared.

I'm more curious where the promised blog entry is about the new fish.

They may, may, squeeze it into one of the remaining live letters.

There was an opportunity to submit lore questions a while back, intended to be answered at a presentation at Fanfest, and they got to that point and went "oops we're out of time, so we'll post the Q&A slides online later" and they never did.

I've just grabbed the link from a previous post of mine – the lore panel starts at about 6:48:?? on Fan Fest Day 2 YouTube stream and an hour after that they're skimming through one or two questions from the prepared slides and say it will be posted online. (Haven't checked the actual phrasing.)

But like some other people have already said, we're probably never getting those answers. Forum members asked some pretty difficult questions, such as questions about plot holes, questions regarding clarification over story elements that weren't explained very well by the EW MSQ, etc. Judging how unprepared Yoshi P was to answer questions about the EW MSQ in the Letter from the Producer LIVE Part LXVIII back in February 2022, I don't think SE is going to even attempt to answer the questions from the thread. Even if they did go back and try to answer questions they would probably just cherry-pick and field the easier questions and call it a day, which will look bad to the players.

That's the thing though. If you watched the stream, Kate had an entire PowerPoint presentation prepared to answer several questions that were asked in that thread you linked. However because Koji went off on a tangent about 1.0 development for 58 minutes, Kate had to rush through and she answered maybe 3 questions. But she said that she had answers for many more questions that were asked and that she would post them to the forum within about a week or two after coming back from Vegas. Remember the presentation was part of the localization team panel so should have been at least 20ish minutes but we only got a fraction of it.

Let's not gobble up the PR tactics too hastily, citizen. "We're out of time" is usually just code for "we don't have it ready." If this presentation truly existed, we would see it posted somewhere as they said they would.
