I was thinking about some original stuff that differ from glasses and wings

facial mask not like medical facial mask but more breathing device like scuba or half face Gaz mask

A pipe for the most distinguish gentleman

Not something I personally would enjoy, but I wouldn't be against it. I'm pretty sure the items related to smoking would be an issue in multiple countries, though.
