7.0 Mount and Minion wishes

As the title states what kind mounts and minions are we expecting/wishing for in 7.0? Personally I’m hoping for another set of tank achievement mounts, maybe they can have an aura similar to ex mounts this time around. As for minions I’d like a harpy eagle or a horned owl. I’d love to hear what you all are wishing for!

Given this expansion is shaping up to be Mysterious Cities of Gold-in-Hydaelyn!, a golden condor, for reasons. :D

I want that giant lizard in the dawntrail trailer. Multi-seater.

I want a Terra minion. Don't care if it has nothing to do with the expansion. Hope they do remake FF6.

I DON'T want pvp t100 mounts to ever be available that's all

I want the trial mount series this time to be sea turtles. Tortuga pirate jokes and all that, but it's a mount that we could pull from two previous mounts as our base (SB's collector edition Syldra or for a tortoise instead of turtle use the MGP Adamatoise). It'd be easy to make color/particle effect variations for without having to wildly vary the designs.

The alpaca is all but guaranteed, which is sits near the top of my wishlist. Top is having a non-fantastical horse on a better mesh with a mane that doesn't look ridiculous - ideally a spotted coat for the Appaloosa or a fun option that would be different is a Draft breed with heavy feathering or the Fjord horse.

A surfboard mount, which I have a feeling is our reward in the 3rd V/C dungeon.

A shoopuf.

And for FF minions, we do need more of the party from VI - Terra, Shadow, Locke, etc... And XIII.

My two previous top choices were the caribou as a mount and siamese cat minion, both which I got in EW.

I want a 5-seater Brute Justice mount where every passenger chooses which limb they're hanging off of.

It's been 6 years since Skalla. Where's my kelpie mount?

- Hydalyn and Zodiark minions with special interactions with eachother

- Mother Crystal Mount.

I just want to see some more multi-person mounts that are obtainable in game

I want a huge Jaguar Cat Mount..... maybe for completion of all jobs to level 100 or something :)

I've always wanted a fairy tale pumpkin carriage, inspired by Cinderella. I want it to be tiny with no horses, and want it to wobble as it moves in a goofy fashion.

I want to be able to use any wings as a flying mount.

For 7.0 I hope for recolors of mounts and minions present in PvP Series, one recolor for Plat or Diamond season finish and one for Crystal or Top 100. Same could be easily done for the Armor sets they put in.

This way people could get some version fairly easy but the grinders would have something to look forward for with minimal extra dev resources spent.

I'd like to see the trial mounts be jellyfish of various colours

- Wind-Up Ascian Prime

- Bahamut Mount

- Dragoon Air Jump Boots Mount (Dragoons literally make a footing for themselves in midair made of wind aspected aether and push off of it)

- Ultima Weapon Minion

- Crystal Braves Minion

The umbrella mount, but reskinned for the Blue Mage umbrella, and also for the future Red Mage umbrella and Samurai parasol weapon contest winners! Bonus if they can also be fashion accessories.

As for minions, I'd love to see more moogle variations. For being the mascot of the franchise, moogles got measly 4 variations, two of them (postmoogle and taoist moogle) quite inaccessible and the wedding moogle minion is a bit meh compared to the others.

It would be cool if we had a moogle for each job.

Some more mounts and minions I'd love to see added:

Mounts:

The Garlean Novus-D car (maybe have it as a special prototype with amphibious/diving and flying capability that never went into mass production before Garlemald tore itself apart)
Azem's mount (whatever that would be, probably something suitabley 'sun' like)

Minions:

Wind-up Garlean Juggernaut (those weird flying chimney fighters the Garleans used to use)
Wind-up Gleaner (really a minion of Erenville, but naturally generically named)
Wind-up Zodiark and Hydaelyn (repeating someone else's request)

Yeah sure...

Still want a two-seater motorcycle mount where the passenger rides behind the driver.

For minions I still want a skatene from the Gubal Library. Give me my creepy Great Owl with a staff.

I know this is an older thread, but I really didn't want to start a new one just to say...

I'd really love to have a Basch minion! He was such a great character in FF12 - I had really hoped he would be playable in some version of Theatrhythm, too, but he never was. I would settle for the short or the long haired version. :cool:
