Sights to see before 2.0.

Im wondering is there a list of all the neat sights and stuff that probably had a purpose at some point before the complete overhaul of the team that has never been used? Here are some that I've seen.

CIty near Dragonhead.
Mako Factories north west of bluefog.
Antlion caves around Drybone and other areas.

An old castle ruin far north of Emerald Moss.

yeah pertty sure when the team changed things went in the trash.

sylph village in northeast Black Shroud

crashed airship in mor dhona

The gathering of the Lemmings er I mean the Imperial invasion that occurs randomly outside, near the city-states.

Crystal Cave in Mor Dhona
Red Cliffs in southeastern Thanalan (not super interesting, but a unique area)
The big tree at Sorrel Haven in the Black Shroud if you haven't done the Conjurer AF quest

This game is a bit lacking in the unique sights department. Other than what was already mentioned, I'd recommend the view of Limsa Lominsa from the Isles of Umbra and the view of Ishgard from Wyrmkings Perch. There's also an area in Northern Thanalan full of Imperial machinery, though you can't interact with any of it.
Some of the lakes in Black Shroud are also truly stunning and in some areas you can actually look below the Black Shroud and notice that below it there's an even bigger forest.
Oh, and you can also find some "unfinished" dungeons. I remember seeing one in The Lance and one in Thanalan.

No, unfortunately.

You can't get into the main area of the village, but there are some interesting tree-borne homes and a few other things to see around the area.


Other areas to see...
Natalan from Feather Gorge is actually quite nice.
Probably well known, but the windmills southwest of Camp Glory

Nope, but there are sylphs to fight.
