yes it will... when they have entered the house on 10th february and after that never again... they get 45 days EXTRA than people who entered before the 9th
No, it doesn't work like that according to SE.
If you had 6 days remaining on the 9th and you entered on the 10th, come the 21st you will have 6 days remaining. Possibly only 5 days depending on how they count a day.
I don't know why people are upvoting this wrong info. If someone entered on Feb 10th (or any later date up to today), they have 45 days.

45 days is the maximum timer. If someone entered their house on Feb 8th, they'll have 44 days remaining which isn't much different.Quote:

In less than a week we should be seeing more demolished houses on the market, namely houses that were abandoned between 5/12/2021 - 10/1/2023 and have not been entered since. My estimate is Thursday.
I think the 4th would be the correct date but it could be the 5th depending on time of day the suspension started/resumed. The timing is good either way since the next lottery entry period will start on the 5th for those looking to buy/relocate.
Assuming there is no further suspension, there could be a second smaller wave on Aug 5th from those who reset their timers back in Jan/Feb but haven't played since.

More are coming within the next month as auto-demo catches up from February to June.

First time trying to get a home -medium-, thought this reclamation wave would help, but everything (as in ... probably about 20 plots i visited that had a hammer on them) are "currently unavailable" in Mist, so i guess i missed the bidding for those ?
I doubt i will have much luck for the demolition ones if they arrive in 8 days, rng and me are arch-enemies .
You didn't miss the bidding. We calculated incorrectly and the demolitions occurred after the current lottery entry period began.
Anything marked as unavailable will be part of the next lottery entry period.
If there's a plot available in the next lottery that you'd really like to have, go for it! You can't win if you don't enter and RNG could be busy harassing one of its other archenemies for a change. Good luck!
Well... i registered, these are my lifetime savings ... cannot queue for more than one and quite a few have already queued... and that s just a beginning since i would think people would just delay to limit their queuing to lower participants numbers and bet on many anyway. I would feel like i have more chance clearing P12S than having my plot (and i m way under the skills required for savage things :P).
Still as a sage said "You can't win if you don't enter".

It is built and i got a refund. Well... my rng "luck" did not betray me.
There were some zero bid mediums on Twintania this round so I think you still have a chance if you try again. This website might help you find an uncontested house: https://zhu.codes/paissa. It has housing data collected by addon users. Although addons are not allowed, reading the website itself is not against the rules.
Thank you for the link. I checked some with missing placard data / unavailable (since none were on accepting entry) , and yes if they are unavailable for purchase i guess they will open soon... but if i failed when there were like 40 available ... i can only imagine what it will be when there are only 4 (i desire a medium size plot). I just have to accept my fate of a homeless bard who just dreams of having a floor with a grand piano surrounded by aquariums (even if i shall try again) :)
The last wave of houses is coming this Saturday around 8:00 GMT, after which auto-demolition will have caught up to current day and the rate that houses become available will be much slower. These are the houses that were last entered between 9 February 2023 - 21 June 2023.
There we go. With auto-demo fully caught up there are 938 open plots on Odin (incl. 19 mansions), 550 of which are available to private buyers. A nice increase from the previous wave. I didn't win a mansion last month but maybe this time. :)
Don't give up hope just yet. There are now 55 mediums available to private buyers on Twin.
