Sadly its a case of where I think Yoshi needs more staff and a higher budget/resource allocation rather than a change of leadership. He is so engrained with the project and the team I imagine replacing him you'd loose many more of the team just from a pure loyalty standpoint.
Now if that were to say not happen there isn't really anyone decent left at S-E...they all share issues with direction or design philosophy. It's just getting the lesser evil at this point haha. -

seriously, I'm a little fearful of who we get next if Yoshi P ends up getting promoted. He stays within company lines but he still has the presence to speak how he feels. -

Thats what he has done with FF16 he just deals with contracts, marketing etc and not really hands on dev wise with it (which I wish people understood producers don't really do hands on dev of the project they are a producer of)Quote:
