I swear....if I log into the forums and see another pointless, useless, waste of internet space petition thread, i'm going to assassinate a moogle.

SE does care, though. 2.0 has become absolute proof of this.

As long as players put forward their ideas / complaints using some semblance of rationality, I don't see what the problem is.

They won't listen to threats, though. (nor should they) That's for certain.

I just wish the threads of the same topic were more moderated but the forums is like a hydra no matter the reason something happens in 1 thread and 2 more of the same topic pop up to take its place at this rate I think the mods got overwhelmed.

Yeah but I feel with OP. There are some good ideas out there but its always the same thing. Examples for imo useless things and I am sorry if I pick your topic now, this could hit any topic:
- Give us the option to turn off the chocobo riding music.
What do you expect? An option in the menu? Its just a thing you can live with.
- Beer belly
This doesnt need an answer.
- Sexy outfits
You got bikinis and they told to implement more of these things too.
- Fashion option
Really?
- Options to toggle this and that
There are of course some good suggestions here but you really dont need to have everything optionable. It just makes things complicated.

Just a few examples. If I was SE I would stop reading in the forums with all that. Stop thinking this is your game and let them do their work. If they want you to do a petition, they will ask you in an official poll.

They have their own ideas and just want to know your opinion and feedback.

But like I said, there are some great ideas out there, but you cant force the community to like them.
