Considering it's Ward 1, where it would be almost impossible for a single individual/group to win all the plots, Bobby66 is most likely correct. Someone probably convinced all the other FCs in the ward to agree to change their FC tags.
It's not imaginary. It is a problem in a game where until recently there are not enough houses for every player who wants one. Every player with more than one house means another player can't get one when wards on all worlds once again fill up.Quote:

But keep in mind, FC tags(the 5 letter name they use) dont have to be unique and are fairly freely changed(if i remember right). You could do this in any FC ward if you got everyone to agree to change their tags for the screenshot. If i owned an FC(i dont) in a similar ward and i saw the neighbors setting up something like this, i might well join it for the laughs.Quote:
