Wanted: Personal chat filters

If SE won't shadow ban RMT bots, let us do it ourselves. Let us block chat messages based on content, such as "Cheapest", "Buy", "xxxgold.com", etc.

To set one up, just highlight the offending text, right click it. and select BLOCK, and you never see a message with that text again.

The blacklist is useless for this because the spambots change their names so often.

Don't forget "venue" and "FC" :p

The chat system in-game feels so bare. Four chat boxes alone isn't enough.

They will always find a way around it. Your chat filter list would be capped out like ignore lists can be capped out.

It's sad when add-ons (Which you should NEVER use!) fixes the issue. Why don't the devs just copy that particular addon and call it a day?

So funny story...about 3 years ago I was doing roulettes and I ended up with a group of all Lalafells. They kept calling me "Daddy" the entire run and I told them if they didn't behave I would turn this raid right around and go straight home and they wouldn't get any McDonalds. They behaved after that.

How will I go about getting my cheap low effort character portraits without someone self promoting themselves.

I see people face to face everyday.

I hate most of them. I really shouldn't work retail.

Wouldn't be a bad idea, I'd love to block out all the crappy boring nightclub ads that take up paragraphs on my screen.
