Going by chats on various discords, reddit, here, and other places:
Seraph is by all accounts going to the same size and feel as Sophia.
Halicarnassus is by all accounts going to mirror Ravana. -

I'm on Sophia and it's fine. I have little trouble with current content that is raids/experts/hunts and the like. PVP is drag although I'm done leveling i have 6 roles at 90 and that's enough, more than enough.
I'm thinking about which server to transfer my gilga alt to on Dynamis. Which is the supposed RP server? -

Halicarnassus seems to be targeted by the PvP community, Seraph for Roleplay, and the other 2 for general raiding. Of course all 4 will have elements of all game activities. Open available housing will insure a rush to all 4 servers.

Seraph is clearly the "coolest" most recognizable name, so it'll get the majority share, I'd wager.
If I were inclined to move, I'd just wait it out a while and see how populations are shaking out before the free transfer period closes. Might just wait for the second batch anyway.
