Roe female vs Cat Girl

High y’all,
I’m having fun playing ff14 and I’m enjoying playing my goth Dragoon roe but I’m been thinking on race changing my Roe to Cat girl. Should I race change or stay as I am?

I think it is a lot easier to pull off goth roe than catgirl.

You'll likely get mixed results, the highest played race is catgirl but there are a lot of hardcore roe fans despite them being the least played.

personally i hate Roes, least favourite race after the furry tigers, so I'd say go for it.

Assuming you haven't already, you can just make an alt to run around as, try out emotes etc. before deciding. Miqo'te have never appealed to me, and while I've played femroes a few times, they never really stuck, they're just a bit too plain for my liking?

no dear god please do not switch to a cat girl we are already overpopulated with them, be unique stick to femroe

The world needs more Roe girls. <3

Whilst my main character is a Miqo'te, my second character is a Femroe. Always feel almost unique when I play her - seems they're quite a rarity.

I tried viera and I like them but I love putting on helmets and hats. I would race change but I will wait till they fixed the hat thing

Based but I personally think roe women are the most attractive females in this game. I feel its almost a sin how very few I see running around in this game.

Too many fem au ra running around and personally feel that au ra are super overrated in general.

Dunno why people feel the need to point out how much they dislike "furry" when it's not even relevant to the topic, nor when hroths existing isn't hurting them in any way lol.

On topic, I'm also siding with femroe. Besides the fact that miqo'tes are a dime a dozen because race popularity shouldn't affect your decision, femroes can actually look really good if you customize them right. Femroes and femeles are both two races that can look really good, they just require more effort than the cutesie female miqos and au ras.

Why aren’t the popular they are awesome to play as on any class.

Roe is a pretty ugly race overall. Miqo'te has the best hempen top, and I like one specific face of theirs.

I'd be biased as a Mithra myself, so I'd suggest you wait till F-Horthgar ; best of both worlds (maybe ?)

Roe, no question. Why be a kitten when you can be a goddess?

I vote try out the miqo'te. Can always switch back, but you may really enjoy it. :)

Really though... it depends on what style you're going for. Are you looking for cute loli-goth, or scary goth? Cats, being small and lithe, are more prone to looking cute by default, while roes have a much easier time pulling off the dark and imposing look.

I do love lalafell but there something about female roes that are awesome. Some don’t like there faces but that doesn’t put me off. I love how I’m dragoon armor look awesome on her!!

That's very weird, I love femroes faces always have that serious adult looking visage on them. Its all matter of taste of course and thats fine, just that while I like cute looking girls, I feel this game has an overabundance of that visual flair.

Femlanders are also a very good choice too! They're pretty on par with femroes.

As purely a matter of opinion I reckon the more mature looking races fit the Warrior of Light best. Then again, I mentally tally the protagonist being one of the older characters within the group - closer to Urianger than Alphinaud and most miq'ote cannot shake the 'eternally sixteen' look (exemption, The Mighty Mollusk?).
Plus, one feels more legendary when towering over most of the cast/populace. Like the heroes of ELD.

We have way too many cats :( join the master race.

Of the 2 you mentioned I'd pick cat girls, but it seems u already made your choice.

If you're looking for extreme feminim beauty I'd go highlander Female, no women in this game matches thighlander beauty, that's this little Lala's opinion.

But if your wanting to be the outright best female race in this game, then look no further then the Jewels of The Desert, Lala Female.

Fantasias only exist cause a lot of us make the same mistake of not picking lala at first, back in ARR 2013 I started out as a Sea Wolf Roe.
