Though I can see Gauis being a water/food rations sort of guy.

Given his tendency towards long-winded speeches, I figure he's more of a traditional play and opera kind of guy when he's off duty.

So: wine, a 5-star restaurant, and he'd rather practice his next soliloquy while listening to classical music than play games.

When he's on duty, I agree with the above that he just eats MREs.

Which is why he would play a lala in FFXIV. Gaius would definitely play on PC, but he would not use terms like "PC master race" or pay any credence to the "console wars." He is above that zealous brand loyalty nonsense, it's too much like being tempered by primals.
